Der Bauträger Rustler ist bereits seit einigen Jahren im südlichsten Bezirk von Wien aktiv. Soeben erfolgte der Spatenstrich für das neueste Projekt im Bezirksteil Erlaa.

Melvin Raffalt (28) strengthens the management of Rustler’s property development company with immediate effect. As team leader, he and his team are responsible for the implementation of property development projects. In his new role, Raffalt also assumes personnel responsibility and leadership of the company’s operational project managers.
The trained civil engineer can look back on many years of relevant experience in well-known companies in the construction industry and international construction groups and joined Rustler in 2021. In his approximately 9 years of professional activity, Raffalt was able to acquire comprehensive knowledge in the planning, organization and execution of construction projects.

Melvin Raffalt (28) verstärkt ab sofort das Management der Bauträgergesellschaft von Rustler. Als Teamleiter verantwortet er mit seinem Team die Umsetzung von Bauträger-Projekten. In seiner neuen Funktion übernimmt Raffalt auch die personelle Verantwortung und Führung der operativen ProjektleiterInnen des Unternehmens.
Der ausgebildete Bauingenieur kann auf eine langjährige einschlägige Erfahrung in namhaften Unternehmen der Bauwirtschaft und internationalen Baukonzernen zurückblicken und wechselte 2021 zu Rustler. In seiner rund 9-jährigen Berufstätigkeit konnte sich Raffalt ein umfassendes Wissen in der Planung, Organisation und Abwicklung von Bauvorhaben aneignen.

Meidling has become an increasingly popular residential area in recent years. Especially the center of Meidling and the Längenfeldviertel are in focus here and score with apartment seekers with good infrastructure and transport connections.
The developer Rustler has many years of experience in Meidling and has already successfully completed several projects. After numerous completed residential projects in the outskirts of Vienna, the property developer Rustler has already made good experiences in the surrounding area of Vienna. Now the groundbreaking ceremony for the company’s first project in the city of Mödling has taken place.
