We were awarded the title of „Great Place to Work“ in 2021 and attach particular importance to promoting our junior employees and supporting them with practical training. Since we operate predominantly with our own staff and are already successfully active in apprentice training at the Vienna and Graz sites, the next step has now also been taken in Carinthia.
„We are proud to be established as an apprenticeship company with the Austrian Chamber of Commerce and to now be able to create training places in the field of property management as part of this initiative,“ reports our site manager Stefan Kerschbaumer.
Responsible for the apprentice training is Natascha Heislinger, who herself has been working for the company for more than 4 years. „I am pleased that with the beginning of June our first apprentice has started and we can support him to start his career in the real estate industry in the best possible way, says Heislinger.

Wir wurden 2021 als „Great Place to Work“ ausgezeichnet und legen besonderen Wert darauf, unseren Nachwuchs zu fördern und mit praxisnaher Ausbildung zu unterstützen. Da wir überwiegend mit Eigenpersonal tätig sind und bereits in der Lehrlingsausbildung an den Standorten Wien und Graz erfolgreich aktiv sind, wurde nun auch in Kärnten der nächste Schritt gesetzt.
„Wir sind stolz, bei der Wirtschaftskammer Österreich als Lehrbetrieb etabliert zu sein und im Rahmen dieser Initiative nun Ausbildungsplätze im Bereich Hausverwaltung schaffen zu können“, berichtet Standortleiter Stefan Kerschbaumer.
Verantwortlich für die Lehrlingsausbildung ist Natascha Heislinger, die selbst seit mehr als 4 Jahren im Unternehmen tätig ist. „Ich freue mich, dass mit Anfang Juni unser erster Lehrling gestartet ist und wir ihn dabei unterstützen können, seine Karriere in der Immobilienbranche optimal zu beginnen, so Heislinger.

With the recently acquired property in the district part Siebenhirten in Liesing we continue our activities in the 23rd district of Vienna. „Due to the rapid utilization of our two already completed projects and a third in preparation, we would now like to set a further accent in Liesing with our fourth new building project in Kellerberggasse 69A,“ says our shareholder Markus Brandstätter.

Wiener Gemeindebezirk fort. „Aufgrund der raschen Verwertung unserer beiden bereits abgeschlossenen Projekte und einem dritten in Vorbereitung, möchten wir nun mit unserem vierten Neubauprojekt in der Kellerberggasse 69A, einen weiteren Akzent in Liesing setzen“, so unser Gesellschafter Markus Brandstätter.

We continue to be extremely successful in Oberlaa, one of the most sought-after districts of Favoriten. While the first project of the „Favor-Vita-Oberlaa“ trilogy at August-Kronberger-Gasse 16 will soon be handed over to the new owners, the sale of the condominiums at nearby Klederinger Strasse 42 has now also been successfully completed.
„Even before completion, new owners could be found for all 17 apartments, most of the units were already sold in the shell stage“, reports our managing director of the brokerage company, Arno Kunz. The handover of the condominiums is planned for the summer of this year.
„For the third project of the trilogy commercialization has also already started,“ reports partner Markus Brandstätter. At Unter-Laaer-Strasse 5, a total of 24 condominiums will be built in two sections by fall 2023. As in Klederinger Straße, we also relied here on numerous feel-good factors such as extensive open spaces, raised beds and mediterranean plants. This is one of the reasons why more than half of the apartments in this project are already sold out.
